Refund policy

Eudaixia Botanicals happily accepts returns purchased on https://www.eudaixia.com within 14 days of your purchase.

We do not accept returns on used or opened products. Your Item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging it was received in.

Items purchased at a discount, including orders placed with a discount code or during a sale or promotion, are final sale and not eligible for return.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

You can submit your return request to hi@eudaixia.com. Please allow 2 business days for a response.

Please pack your Eudaixia Botanicals return securely in a shipping box to prevent damage and include a copy of your packaging slip, receipt or note with your name, phone and order confirmation number.

Once your return is received, examined, and deemed returnable, your refund will be applied within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Eudaixia Botanicals is not responsible for return costs. You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs. We strongly recommend shipping with a tracking number. Eudaixia Botanicals is not responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns for refund will be subject to a $6.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
